Do you miss seeing your family? Your friends? COVID sure has done a number on group gatherings, most notably group vacations. But with two years of COVID behind us and a vaccination program in place, so many of us are ready to plan a group summer vacation in 2022 with those we’ve sorely missed.
The time to book your summer vacation is now!
Though it’s only February, the time to plan your group summer holiday is now! If you have several people to bring together, there’s no time like the present to have them secure dates in their calendar, book flights, settle on lodging, and most importantly, reserve ultra-fun, outdoor bonding activities, like those offered by RMOC.
Colorado’s tourism industry expects summer 2022 to be record-breaking, just as 2021 was, despite the presence of COVID-19. Last summer, scores of visitors flocked to Colorado to take advantage of its many outdoor activities. Meanwhile, locals hit the road, crisscrossing the state on the hunt for new, still “undiscovered” locales.
With this being the case, booking your flights and lodging now will ensure the best rates and availability. With those key pieces of the plan in place, it’s time to think about what you’ll do with your group once you’ve landed.
At RMOC, we offer great group programming throughout the summer. We can provide multiple sports and multiple days of adventure. Mix and match our offerings for the best itinerary possible. Activities include rafting, kayaking, summiting a 14er, paddleboarding, rock climbing, and mountain biking. The range of abilities within these activities can also be customized from beginner to advanced.
Give us a call. We can help you customize your group’s adventure!
Your group is also welcome to hang out at our growing Riverside Outpost. This summer we will not only bring back the popular Browns Canyon Brewing Company and food truck, but we will also open a newly expanded bike park, aka “The Junk Yard,” where you can practice your bike skills without having to travel to distant trails.
As always, our Riverside Outpost is the ideal Arkansas River property to hang out and put your feet up without the pressure to do anything extreme. Simply relax and watch boaters float by under the gorgeous Arkansas River Valley sun as some of Colorado’s most beautiful 14ers act as your backdrop.
