Assumption of Risk – Campground

By entering and using the property for camping purposes, you, the camper, acknowledge and agree that camping on the property involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and accidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with camping and agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Days Coalition dba Good View Campground, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the property, including any injuries or damages to yourself or third parties.

You agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by Good View Campground while on the property. Good View Campground is not responsible for any personal property left unattended or lost while on the premises.

In the event of an accident, you understand and accept that you are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of your guests. This clause applies to any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, whether caused by the negligence of Good View Campground, its employees, or agents, or otherwise.
